I improve internal and external customer experiences through robust compliance, risk, privacy programs, and collaborative partnerships. My strengths are directing privacy and compliance functions within high tech to close contracts without privacy gaps, meet regulatory/audit requirements, and ensure no breaches.
I recently took a mid-size company from a minimal privacy program to global functionality of privacy, risk, and GRC programs in less than one year. I defined the strategy, approach, and implementation plan across the enterprise. Compliance with regulatory requirements were met through the implementation of new processes and procedures, employee awareness, staff training and a few difficult conversations with key stakeholders.
