Elizabeth Rothman is a US-based attorney, technologist, and advisor. She is the blockchain and web3 advisor for the X Reality Safety Intelligence (XRSI), an advisor with the Cantellus Group, and an attorney with the Artificial Inventor Project. She runs a private law practice in Beverly Hills, California. She is involved in many areas of the emerging technology space, including Artificial Intelligence and its implications on intellectual property rights. Elizabeth is deeply involved in the blockchain/digital asset space and has assisted with digital asset amendments in the US and internationally. As an advisor for the X Reality Safety Intelligence, her main priority is finding ways to ensure as new technologies are developed, the focus remains on adopting them in ways that do not further infringe upon privacy rights and that digital spaces remain safe and inclusive for all participants.
