I have turned users’ pain points into user stories as a Product person @ Wellpack Pharmacy & ShortOkPlz!
I have shared stories on social media of what’s broadcasted on KAMU TV FM and what’s researched @ XRSI as a Marketer and a Communicator
But, April 2023 changed everything, I found my purpose in life 💫
It all began with nightmares of AI-powered robots outsmarting humans and ultimately leading to the destruction of humanity. I started voraciously consuming limited yet available content on AI Safety. And I freaked out about AI Safety just as AI safety pioneer Dario Amodei did back in 2019 😱
In one of the Sanskrit stories, I was introduced to the idea of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” which loosely translates to “The whole world is like one (my) family” and started to believe in it 🌍
Hence, compelled by my nightmares and my belief in the idea of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam”, I don’t want to jeopardize the very existence of my family due to unsafe AI advancement. I want to do my part by working towards AI Safety, leveraging my experience in Product Management, Software Engineering, and Marketing Communications for ~5 years in research, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, and edutainment.
I wake up early to witness darkness turning to light at dawn and I’m optimistic that the darkness of “the dangers of AI” will turn to light when AI Safety is taken care of at the stages of AI development, deployment, and thereafter ☀️
I am hopeful that the story of humanity will continue and AI won’t perish humanity 🌻
