Stephen Bonner is Deputy Commissioner at the ICO, the UK’s independent body set up to uphold information rights. He leads on Regulatory Risk, including Technology and Innovation and is also interim lead for Regulatory Supervision and Enforcement. He ensures the ICO is positioned to effectively regulate in the digital landscape. He was responsible for implementation of the Children’s Code.
