Sarah Rattray is the Senior Advisor on Human Rights for the United Nations Development Programme. She provides policy and programme leadership and support on human rights for sustainable development. This includes the human rights-based approach to digital transformation and how to manage human rights risks.
Sarah has worked for over 20 years for the United Nations system, including in Bosnia, Afghanistan, Kosovo and in HQ on human rights policy and mainstreaming. Sarah has also worked as a legal expert for the European Commission for the Balkans.
