Richard passionately believes that education has the power to transform lives. In his role as learning technologies advisor to the NHS, he gets to do just that, by researching, developing, and innovating with new technologies to support every step of a healthcare learners’ education. Richard currently works at Health Education England, the part of the NHS responsible for the education and training of the health and care workforce. Throughout his career, Richard has supported the delivery of education and training with health and care organizations across the UK; international development work with the WHO and governments in South East Asia; building learning and acting as an ambassador for LearnAppeal with their work in Kenya and East Africa.
