Rahel Demant co-founded XR Bootcamp, a global academy for XR development. Since its inception in 2020, Rahel has shaped the careers of thousands and integrated a supportive worldwide alumni network. Under her leadership, XR Bootcamp champions the XR Creators community, providing an open platform for knowledge exchange through free lectures by senior industry professionals and collaborative co-development groups.
Together with XRSI and Kavya Pearlman, Rahel spearheaded the ‘Beyond Inclusion’ initiative, a scholarship tech career matchmaking program aimed at democratizing access to XR education. Meta, Unity, and JFF funded the initiative. In 2024, the XR Guild awarded Rahel the Ethical Value Award
