Has been working for Normalization and Certification NYCE for over 18 years, serving as vice president for cybersecurity and digital health at the Internet Association MX and as an advisor in multiple public and private organizations across various sectors. His expertise spans areas such as digital transformation, systems audit, cybersecurity, and personal data protection. He is the editor of the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard at the international level and leads related committees in ISO/IEC. Academically, he has taught courses on risks, information security, computer forensics, and artificial intelligence at universities such as the Universidad Iberoamericana, Universidad Panamericana, UDLAP, and INFOTEC. He is the author of books on cybersecurity and risks and has served as an advisor for the PREP at the National Electoral Institute (INE).
