Larry has 25+ years’ experience in the technology and cyber security industries. He is the President of Paradigm Intelligence, He has worked with several NGO’s including ATII, NCPTF, PICDO, Sentinel Foundation, Traverse Project and many others. He is also a trainer for Interpol, Special Operations at Fort Brag (Liberty), trainer for all 5400 agencies making up the 61 Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) task forces, an Adjunct Professor for Computer Forensics and Cloud Security, and Head of Cyber Security for the Cyber Rights Organization out of The Hague, The Canadian Center for Open-Source Intelligence and the Baracus Group. He works with local, state, federal and international Law Enforcement, along with military organizations on Human Rights violations, National Security, Counter Human Trafficking and Child Exploitation and Missing Children investigations.
