Gregoire is a Senior Research Lead specializing in media, privacy, AI, and user experience innovation at Ericsson, where he also leads the company’s US Research engagements. He is driven by a deep passion for understanding how people form meaningful connections through technology. His work spans telecommunications, applied AI systems , including ground-up LLM and LMM development as well as cryptography, machine learning, computer vision, applied neuroscience, and UX/UI research.
Before joining Ericsson, Gregoire was a Herb York Dissertation Scholar at the University of California, San Diego and graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles .
In addition to his technical and research leadership, Gregoire is an active champion of inclusion. He is a core team member and former co-chair of Ericsson’s Pride ERG, co-chair of the emerging Disability+ ERG, and co-lead of the Inclusion & Belonging interest group within Ericsson Research. He strongly believes in the importance of fostering inclusive, supportive environments in the workplace and is always happy to connect on these topics.
